Stacy Strain

Stacy is passionate about holistic healing practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit. Her spiritual healing journey started 20 years ago when she was experiencing her own health concerns. She came to realize holistic modalities were the best way to take care of herself when she was introduced to the ancient Japanese healing art, Reiki. She experienced just one session and knew immediately that Reiki was exactly what she needed for her healing - as well as others - and couldn't wait to learn all about it.

She went on to receive her Reiki Master Teacher Certificate and has been supporting herself and others ever since. Stacy wanted to continue learning natural healing modalities and went on to receive a Wellness Coaching Certificate at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and has obtained a certificate in Sustainable Foodand Farming at the Umass Stockbridge School of Agriculture.
