Ashni, daughter of Cynthia and Allan, is a yogi, facilitator, educator and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with rich roots in the island of St.Vincent & The Grenadines.

Relating to the earth and our earthly body as the container for our experience and the literal ground that holds the myriad world of feeling, story, sensation and meaning making, Ashni invites clients into a process in which we get to the root of what is calling for healing. Beyond ideas, past the limits of our conditioning, and invite an exploration of the infinite possibility for healing with and through our bodies. While Ashni does not diagnose or provide clinical support she has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups to manage stress, anxiety and the effects of trauma utilizing skills cultivated with dedication to our mutual liberation.

Stacy Strain

Stacy is passionate about holistic healing practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit. Her spiritual healing journey started 20 years ago when she was experiencing her own health concerns. She came to realize holistic modalities were the best way to take care of herself when she was introduced to the ancient Japanese healing art, Reiki. She experienced just one session and knew immediately that Reiki was exactly what she needed for her healing - as well as others - and couldn't wait to learn all about it.

She went on to receive her Reiki Master Teacher Certificate and has been supporting herself and others ever since. Stacy wanted to continue learning natural healing modalities and went on to receive a Wellness Coaching Certificate at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and has obtained a certificate in Sustainable Foodand Farming at the Umass Stockbridge School of Agriculture.
